Disappointed

Boots were a present for my granddaughter and the advice said go up a size which we did.
This was a very expensive mistake and I am quite annoyed about it. Should have ignored the advice but trusted what was said.
My granddaughter loved the boots so I ordered in the smaller size but to return the original it cost me £18.00.
Hope the next pair is ok!
